Hey, I have a question. Maybe one of you guys can help me here. I am new in DeepAR and would like to import a Blender file in the program. I exported the blender file in .fbx and .abc and both times the scaling was wrong and the materials and animations were lost. How can I fix this problem, so that I don’t have to rescale and remake the whole animation plus textures?

Hi it seems your model wasn’t prepared for use with DeepAR so here are some tips:

Use our reference head model to correctly set up your model and bones Effect Creation Guidelines | DeepAR

If you want to import materials directly, you will need to export your file in the glTF format
Supported 3D File Formats | DeepAR, otherwise you will need to set up the materials manually -
Animations are imported form model files but you need to tell studio to use them Animation Controller | DeepAR
