Shoe Try-On Not Working on iOS

Shoe try on doesn’t work on iOS. Not even with the tester app… I tried different phones, browsers, etc. What am I missing? Thanks!

Hello we have tested the shoe tracking on every release and ensured it does work. Can you give us any more info regarding this issue?

I am using an iPhone 15 Pro, Version 17.4

Something appears to be blocking the camera from starting up. Did you give the camera permission, or do you maybe have a security software running that may prevent camera from starting?
