DeepAR license key issue

I am facing an issue with the DeepAR license key. I have followed the DeepAR WebApp documentation for setting up a new project and creating an SDK Key. After deploying the web app on a hosting server, it throws a license invalidity error after getting camera permission. Even I generated my license key by putting my domain. You can access the web app here: https://armerge.devcrew.io. I have also attached a reference screenshot for you.

  1. License key is set in the code and matches my app id
  2. After showing an alert of an invalid license on firefox it is working fine but on chrome and safari browsers webpage is not responding

Can you please specify a solution to this issue?

Hi, we have a troubleshooting thread here How to remove the DeepAR.ai watermark? - #11 by Omar_Salem
Have you tried those solutions?

My domain name is http://somethingwoww.unaux.com/. So I was given the domain name in deepAR “somethingwoww.com”. I followed the same instructions as whatever DeepAR document mentioned but I am getting a DeepAR license key issue.

I have doubts. I am using “http”. Is this the reason I am getting a license key issue or “www” is not available in my domain so the reason.
Please provide me the solution

Hi, have you tried setting your domain as

> somethingwoww.unaux.com

sorry for the delay @jelena. Yes I tried to set up my domain (somethingwoww.unaux
.com)

And you’ve changed the licence key accordingly?

Yes, After I gave “somethingwoww.unaux
.com” in the DeepAR project creation portal. Then I created the license key. So I used the license key in my project. Then I tested my mobile I got an error: DeepAR not valid license

The DeepAR app doesn’t seem to be on that domain

https://armerge.devcrew.io/ doesn’t work either. Where is it exactlly?

You should host it on somethingwoww.unaux.com/arview

or similar

Hi @jelena. I tried with ngrok domain link used to create the license key. Now I didn’t get an invalid license key issue.
But initially, loading and opening the project and selecting any filters on mobile takes too much time(3 to 5 minutes) Why? What’s the reason?

Downloading the models can take some time but usually not over a few seconds. Have you checked your internet connection?

Yes, I tested with 4 different Android devices and 3 different networks. Internet speed is also Good. First time only I am getting a long loading process. The second time it is ok(it takes 15s to 30s). Any other reason? I am using ngrok for converting local server to network server.

Hi DeepAR Team,
The initial loading it is takes a long time. My network was also good. FBX model size 1MB. Just I need to know the reason why initial loading takes more time.

It neer has in any of our tests. 5 minutes is not how long it usually takes.

The ML models take a few seconds to download the first time usually.
