What you are describing sounds like you want to create a custom app and not something which is possible or should be done in DeepAR Studio.
If you are interested in shoe try-on I suggest you check out ShopAR.
You could add them as part of the effect, but it’s probably not the best way to do it. Adding hints like that is better and easier to do in UI in the application.
Could you explain a bit more what is your use case?
