The DeepAR watermark should disappear as soon as you are using a license key from a project on any paid subscription plan, starting at the $25/month plan for up to 1000 monthly users.
If your project is on a paid subscription plan and you still see the watermark, there may be a configuration issue. You may find an answer in this thread: How to remove the DeepAR.ai watermark?
