# My web project does not load on IOS

Hi,

I am developing a project with the Web SDK, the problem I’m having is that it works on all devices but when I open it in IOS does not work, I get the option to allow the camera and then stays loading infinitely, in android if I load, on all devices I tried but in several iphone I tried does not work, I do not know if it is a problem of the SDK or I’m skipping a step.
